The Cellar
The cellar was conceived as a home, even before it was a workplace. A secluded, lived-in space, protected by centuries-old chestnut trees. A living work, designed to age gracefully and tell the story of time, season after season.

The structure emerges from the ground as if it had always been there. We chose a design that doesn’t challenge nature, but seeks its protection. Compact volumes and essential geometries create a refuge where every gesture follows a natural rhythm, far from the hustle and bustle, in total harmony with the surrounding landscape.
Like the wine it houses, the winery is designed to evolve over time: a living project, destined to mature slowly, acquiring depth and character year after year.

Located a stone’s throw from the vineyards, the grapes arrive almost without a journey, still fresh, avoiding any stress. A brief and natural transition, respecting the fruit and delicately accompanying its entry into the cellar, allowing the land to tell its story.
